:sian:Hi, i need some advise don't know which bike to choose AT or TDM...pls help, pros n cons of the bike ,thanks

Simple question :

1) Look - TDM

2) Power - TDM

3) Comfort - TDM

4) Tech - TDM (more up-to-date)

5) Parts - TDM (cheaper)

Pls refer to the 1st page.

haahaaaa....:faint: :faint:

Your 2 options no use la...

1) Piggy & Daddy doesn't allow me to get a bike license. (Piggy says I'm clumsy)

2) I'm too big to fit into his box la.... maybe when i get smaller la...

Maybe better suggestions, if piggy cannot make it for the trip and you're driving up, I can tong pang your car(If piigy allows)... haahaaa....

HI HI everyone! See you dudes are doing great! :)

Really sorry I missed the trip, rain and all, would have been awesome!

I'm freezing my ass off here...trying really hard not to get sick. Wifey came today, so now can get a little warm ;)

Anyway, finally went to bike shop yesterday, so for all the guys who were asking about radiator guards:

1) It's stainless steel

2) Don't know how much it weighs, but can't be too much.

3) 2 colours, natural silver one, and gold tint. (gold look crap, but some like the bling)

So far have the following interested gays...sorry! GUYS! :D :

1) Nukye

2) Boon

3) PCR (if he's ok with stainless steel)

4)

5)

Fill in if there any more. Need to order soon, so wifey can bring back end of next week.

Also, original price was £35...the catalogue he showed me said £44. Waiting for him to get back with final price...will be later today.

AJ: Aftermarket rear shock: £285 inc taxes. (Hagon brand).

There's a moto show this weekend that I'm hoping to go to.

OH, AJ, the pics also for you bro, as requested...

Bro, any pics for the radiator guard and the rear shock? I maybe interested to get the rear shock too...

What is the specs for the aftermarket shock if any?

Hey Angelo! anywhere else is cold compared with singapore...

if the guard is light...which means it is quite thin...should be ok with me. it doesnt make sense for it to be thick to serve the purpose.

is there any way for them to spray a heat resistant colour? like gun metal colour? but matt silver is still ok...bright shiny bling bling is wrong on the tdm

please tell me it's not bling silver

maybe can take a pic of the catalogue for us have a look

OK! Dudes!

AJ: Shock is complete, ready for instalation. Apparently is better than Yamaha brand.

Nukey: Will check if it's worth it to mail, as I cannot carry it all, shock too heavy la. Maybe if more guys were interested, could get a better deal.

Unfortunately, the radiator guard is only in silver, and also the price has changed to £45...but can get them for 10% less (ie: £40.50)

For Nukey, pcr etc. Here is the site for more info and pics etc:

http://www.beowulf-performance-products.com/

AJ: For Sing$ you get a rough idea to multiply by 2. For more accurate, can us http://www.xe.com

Really miss you guys, have great time tonight, kopi and ride...will be there soon God willing....

Yo angelo, is the site u link is the shop that u going to buy from?

How come the price is only £29.95 listed for TDM 900 radiator guard instead of £45?

Anyway im ok with the price that u quoted... a bit discount rather than no discount...

Regarding the shocks, i tink i passed... forget me gonna keep money for marriage... :cheeky:

Ur the BEST MATE!!! :thumb:

Haha! Yeah bro...I almost had to sell my TDM to pay for my marriage....thank goodness wifey love it too much and not let me.

The site is the one that the shop gave me so you guys can see some pics. Different prices different models. Think the one £29.95 for much smaller radiator. Doesn't have all the models on the site, but I did see the one for TDM in catalogue. They all look about the same though.

This is the shop I've been going to: http://www.saltiresuzuki.com

Hey bro...no worries man...don't mind really. If i can save us a few bucks, will be happy. I'm 8 hours behind you guys. Um...will check for further info. Unfortunately, the Yamaha dealer here in Edinburgh is a MALAKA! (greek word...no appropriate translation)...so no point going there. The guy I do go to is awesome. Always willing to help out, and always reasonable with the prices, but obviously has to order things in, so will ask more.

Um...don't know what you mean with the greek bit...directly translated is: "they have a good moment, and must look after...dood" hahaha

hi Angelo,

looking thru the beowulf site, there is no guard for the tdm 900, but got 1 for tdm 850 at 25pounds. are they the same one, and fit each other? the polished silver looks acceptable with me. i'm just clarifying about the price difference, but i'm still keen to get a piece.

too bad dun have the gold one, to match the AT handlebar!
