My dad does not want me to ride bike cos he said its danger for me & he doesn't want to lost his son. Anyway, i already bought the car just now so this time i really must sell off the bike. i already got two bike so i think i just left the sp with me just in case i need transport.

Yea still under installment, i called mr lee he say i can sell it off. As long i take the money and clear off the installment den can just transfer ownership.

haha, anyways i think u should keep this bike instead and sell the SP. fc wise and maintenances will be cheaper then the SP. only thing is u still need to carry on paying ur installment.

Tried searching the forum for a solution but couldn't find any

collected my r125 on sat, and got an alarm installed cuz of the neighbourhood.

took it out for a spin on a highway...

 

at gear 6, hit a small crack on the road, then the engine juz dies off... was at just below 6K rpm (still running in)

 

had to pull over, restart the engine then i could carry on...

 

happened again at gear 5, same issue, gear 4, n even gear 2....

 

the next time it happened, was at gear 5... i just squeezed the clutch in, hit the engine start button and immediately sprang to life...

 

totally flabergasted... wires seem to be wrapped up properly, connections seem fine, so what could be the issue?

 

the side stand? alarm? tilt sensor?

 

haven't had the time to visit a mechanic...

 

help please..

Even if it's second hand, expect it to hit 10k. And a brand new otr price is about 14k. 2k more than you had expected.

solved... poor connection when they installed the alarm... so when bumped, loose connection for a while so engine cut off... =.=

My dad work at ntuc insurance. Insurance i am cleared. Hahas =x last read the r125 thread machone 12.3k? Its scary how european bikes are priced. With the new rs125 4stroke 2011 bike. Im having problems deciding between yamaha or aprilia. Wait till get tp le the oe pricing drop le. Then get lor. I am just reading here and there increase knowledge base on bike maintenance. Hoping to learn from old birds in the future.

Considering Yoki's bike is less than 6month, the value will still be above 10k. And btw, NTUC insurance is the most expensive and yet when you make a claim, it doubles up. Be wary.

Yea, My bike just turn two months only. When i bought this bike OTR is already about $15.600. How can it be 12k, even the machine price already cost about 11k. And for my age, NTUC insurance don accept only MSIG is allow. And just only "second party" already cost me 1.8k.

It will sell only haf the price you are buying,It's very normal. Even u use it one day car also the same maybe a bit more higher price only. Unless the person who buy don mind paying more.

Yup they renamed the rs125 to rs4 go google ^^. Cut things short yoki if ur urgent to sell then i really will miss a good deal xD running in process is tedious for new bike. Thats y i would rather buy urs. 15.6k otr is really crazy pricing. And if i am right only loois sell the r125 so pricing is controlled by them. Doesnt really make a diff when i get the bike then. Will still be crazy exp.

Hi guys, I've just gotten my r125 yesterday. I've got a few inquires and I hope you guys could help me out with it.

 

1) I went to G-Max today to check out the full-exhaust system, and they quote me $1k for it which was almost the same price as what Mr Lee quoted. Then he introduced this BIG BORE-KIT thingy which increases your bike 125cc to 180cc. I was shell shocked and very intrigued. Does anyone know anything bout this BIG BORE-KIT thingy? Do advice. He quoted $850 which I think is quite reasonable.

 

2) I wanna install an alarm system to my bike but i hear from some stating that it'll drain the battery. Thus cant start the bike if it happens. Any comments on this?

 

3) Does anyone know where to get sliders for r125? If ever there is!
