auntie lazy to key in tot i buy season parking.

 

now the bike sold..but the bike cover transfer to new bike.

still auntie think buy seson parking..coz old bike number is on the canvas. hehe

They are paid a fixed monthly sum for their work, not according to the number of parking-offence notices issued. In fact, service provider will be penalised if their staff make mistakes in issuing notices, fail to respond to public feedback promptly and professionally, and not meet other service-performance standards.

 

The service providers (SP) have to followed our standard operating procedures when providing parking enforcement services in the car park. The staff had checked your vehicle to see if a valid season parking ticket (SPT) or parking coupon is displayed. After having checked your vehicle, there was neither a valid SPT or parking coupon on display, the SP staff then proceeded to issue a Notice of Parking Offence (NOPO).

 

Upon receiving your email, we have carried out a check. On the same day, there were another 4 notices issued to other vehicles that were found infringing the parking rules at the same car park. Our Branch Office did not receive any feedback from these motorists that the offence notices were issued unfairly by the staff. Instead the motorists had actually paid the parking fines.

 

We regret that the offence notice H0970380V dated 3 Mar 2010 cannot be waived. Please settle the fine by 19 Mar 2010 at any HDB Branch Offices or SAM/AXS machine.

thanks guy. Well how to find the parking attendent at 4am in the morning. I dont camp in carpark leh...

 

well the best part is that i spoke to 1 of the so call superivor yesterday. he told me that what is standard in the email is true. The best part is he ask me do i have any aguement with any of the staff before. When i say no he say : then i dont see a point of our attendent picking on you. Then i twist the story then i say Yes. He say: then if u dont have any fright or using no decent languges i dont see a point why our attendent is picking up on you.

 

I was thinking @#$%^Y i say yes also wrong, i say no also wrong. So no matter wat i say also wrong la. Best thing is i ask him so if i want to appeal again and show proof that i did put a coupon how? He say show us the photo that you took on ur bike with the coupon then it help. I say ok i did took that photo that morning so i will scan and show u. He say ya u can show us but it doesnt mean i will waive it off, the reason for that is that he claim that I can put back on my bike and take photo.

 

So in all and all and all... after taking to him for the past 30min and debating that who is right and wrong. I am still at the losing end. Because the HDB think that there is no proof stated that i did put a damn coupon on my tank cap clearly. I think maybe next time i shld spend 65cent x 2 = 1.30 for 1 night parking that the attendent is more alert that i did put the damn fxxking coupon.

I would like to make a complain & appeal regarding a summon which I have received on 2nd March 2010, 0459hrs

 

This is not the first time I have received a summon ticket despite putting a carpark coupon. I did not cover my bike with any bike cover, the coupon was nicely display on the tank of my bike. I am being fine for no coupon display, so is either you attendent is Blind (sorry to use such words) if not their target for the night is not met yet. This is not the 1st time i have been appealling on my summon fine, i really cant believe it that putting and coupon and display it at a clear visible area but still get fine. The best thing out of all is i am the only bike who get summon over at a group of parking lot (because my friend bike is just parking beside me with a vaild night coupon and he is riding a smaller bike), is it because i am riding sportbikes then your attendent thinking that i am too rich enough that i can pay my fine. Those scooter or smaller bike doesnt get any summon so meaning that next time i should just ride a smaller bike.

 

I have called up the HDB this morning at about 920am with regard about the summon fine, i ask the customer service person with regard about my fine. Indeed she have the fine updated in the system, i explain to her about why i gotten the fine. I told her to check on my past record about my fine, for the past 1yr I have multiple from HDB / Wilson parking. I know some of those summon that i have is truely me who did not put any carpark coupon and i am willing to pay for those fine. Sometime i get fine for no reason when i put coupon, i have been appealling and appealling so many time to HDB (for the past yet). Some of it are waive but some are not and when i do the 2nd appeal again the person in charge / office in charge always give me alot of excuses and reject my appeal for me to waive off my fine.

 

Maybe they think that i am some cheapo singaporean who wanna to get my fine off the easy way (by appealing) but sorry i am not that sort of person. I feel that these carpark attendent are giving me double standard (other parking coupon dont give me such problem) about the parking fine and seriously paying $0.65 for coupon and fine of $8 for 1 night in a carpark lot for less then 8hrs is really not acceptable. I will not be so stupid to tear a $0.65 coupon for a $8 fines so the above attachment is the actual coupon that i have torn on 2nd March 2010.

 

I hope you guys can look through this issue (really not the 1st time and i have really enough of it), if the management cant improve on the skill of the parking attendent then make the carpark using the ERP system way (hougang, bishan, Tampines area is using them, of cause there are more areas). This will have no issus & excuses for people to write or email in to appeal and will prevent innocent people like ME to get fine for no reason. You can save alot of manpower (carpark attendent) and also the dont need to waste paper on parking ticket.

 

FYI, I am staying at punggol Blk 199A i get summon, now i am at my aunt place SengKang Blk 156 also get summon. Both Sengkang and punggol is manage by Wilson parking so is either your parking attendent have something issue with me / my bike, or maybe target for the month / day have not meet. I have been parking at the same carpark in Sengkang for the past 3-6mths daily (include weekend and PH) I dont see any problem but recently this problem is coming back to me again. I am really curious how does the fines system work, the little ticket machine that your attendent have is manully key in all detail like dates (any dates they like) ?

 

There is a reason why i am saying that parking attendent is double standard because i have witness then for not summon certain car / bikes. I have witness then for taking 3-4hrs break at my house area coffeeshop, void deck and i even witness them for napping at some void deck area (study corner).All these are done in the middle of the night, i know they are also human need to take a break and rest but dont you think with these action it reflect as they dont treat their work seriously. So with these reasons (no point lying, do a routine check yourself (senior position officer) you will be able to understand your parking attendent better.

 

I strongly suggest the management / HDB / Town council / Wilson parking to take my advice to build the ERP carpark system. This will save cost for the company, save paper for the enviroment, save people time and effort to write in to appeal. I suggesting this not only for my own but to the public and the residents. Take all this feedback or advice into consideration before you conclude everything together. These are not story that i made up, i am proud to ask you to check on my past record form 2009-2010 (for parking fine) and check on how many $$$ i have donated to the carpark fine fund.

just my 5c, if u appeal thru mp, they will give face, consider blah blah blah, but if u send a e-mail like that, they will be thinking its some tom d**k or harry, so they won't give a f**k. Thats what i think, unless someone in here has some other experience of sending them an e-mail and having the summon waived off, pls let us know.

i kena before. i put a valid coupon and the parking warden did not see it. i wrote an email to appeal and they waived the fine.

tbh if it were me, i would camp carpark with video camera and wait for the guy to summon with a valid coupon. Because i am very free and dying to know why only summon me. =/

i had quite the same similar experience. car park attendant summon me for parking w/o season parking even though i had season parking at my area. the next day i appeal to hdb. and that night he summon me again for the same reason. again the following day i appealed at hdb. i decided to keep a watch out for him.

 

then 2 days later i spotted a attendant at my area. purposely walked pass him to see his name tag and he end up he was the one who summon me. purposely waited under the void deck to see if he go to my bike. he went near my bike and type the bike number into his system cuz i didnt display RFID tag. then he walked away without issuing a summon.

 

if he had issued me a summon for sure i would have gone up to him and give him one hell of a scolding. and lucky for him my 2 summons waved off too.

Hi, Just to share my experience I had before with this enforcement officer.(we affectionately call them car park aunty.)

 

I was approaching my parked bike.Saw this aunty looking at my bike.I never rush to go to my bike coz I know i put valid coupon.

 

I greeted her "Good morning Aunty", She replied back, "I key in oredi...."

 

I was thinking, what happen to our courtesy campaign?

 

I reply politely,"You key in?Then my coupon not valid?"showing her my coupon.

 

The thing is she nvr check properly.

 

I place my coupon on my speedo meter.(my speedo meter is round mah.just nice it fits in.so quite secured.)

 

Moral of the story, there are actually car park enforcement officers who can miss out on their check especially in your case it happens at nite.

 

About season parking, I think you can still apply season parking with HDB even if you are not staying there.Just say your BF stay there and provide the address.If the area stiil have slots they can approve.

U can temp transfer if u buy at ur house season and transfer to someone else house. I am just too tired to appeal, i have already CC to URA, if this month no reply, i have to LL go pay fine.
