the euphoria is over and reality is seeping back.

Property sellers went out calling for prices again but those who didnt sell when a fair price was offered will regret. especially when they got no money to hold.

dunno leh... whenever they say good to buy.. price seems to go down somemore.. their fair value is targeted for 6month ? 1 year ?

Kmax, analysts mainly tell a story by looking at historical figures and try to spin a new one by forecasting future outcomes. Unless they put their money where their mouths are (which they never do becos they are regulated not to do so), we should just use analysis as reference not as instructions.

 

As we know the market is driven by many more variables, some of which are not quantifiable instantly and some of it are just plain hope.

The return of risk appetite has increased liquidity and boosted interest in equities and extension commodities.

 

But the question is, how much further can oil price go from current levels to attract additional investor interest.

it all boils down to what the new GM share price will be at opening.

and whether more people value it to be higher.

 

the likelihood is somewhat high that it can go up on relisting becos market tend to feel that a "phoenix" company should be out of the woods and should improve from there.

 

however, there is no reason for the share price fundamentally to shoot up, otherwise.

 

this cannot be simplistically referenced to Citibank.
