Some ppl are saying that it's overvalued at inception already, and that other reits are more value for $. Then again, it might bloom for a short while, just enough to collect short term profits before going under.

you can always go Saxo, cheap and tight spreads as my colleague says.

I estimate he's made about $70k this year already. not bad, right?

CapMalls Asia. Tried my luck at IPO application but didn't get any.

 

What a shame.

 

IPO at 2.12, opened at 2.30. Would have been a quick profit.

The sell down began immediately, largest trade volume of the day. Now down to 2.24+/-

The IPO is already 1.55x book value. But I tried my luck anyway, didn't get even a lot in.
