so are u feeling fearful or greedy?

I guess most likely get my 95% investment back this year or Q1 next year....Uses 5-10k keep in touch with the market...And wait for the big day....STI 1800 or even 1500....hee hee....

I am quite fearful now....

And try to save up now 2-3 years down the road.....

Be prudent but is time to get greedy then whack lo....

I always try to remember dont put too much emotion in your money...they are just digits.....But to save up a small pot takes lots of time......hahahahah at least for poor guys like me....

i think 1800 is alittle too far fetched for STI...

Hmm ....Maybe not this 1-2 years...I guess....

But to me is much easier to stay out of trouble then to get out of trouble later.....

2011 still a good year to reel in profits......

so far, throwing good money after bad seems to be everyone's solution.

hi guys,

does any one here knows what is the "best" USD savings account in Sgp, so far.

my pay will be in USD, as such, i cant use the normal savgs acct.

i have to open a separate USD acct, then transfer to my SGD acct.

ok, i know "best" to some differs.

to me, im looking something that has ease of use to transfer (preferably i-banking) and decent interest rate. doesnt have to be a major player.

some of the banks here dont even have chequing/atm cards/ibanking. and some charge ridiculous rate to withdraw/transfer..

so far, ive shortlisted HSBC multi currency ( but it has 0% interest rates!) , RHB (yet to find out more)...

thanks in advance for your replies..

for standard checking /savings acct, there are very few if any at all

the regulations dont allow for it.

USD is just an investment currency for Singapore

zero % rates is correct. I'll be surprised if they paid anything.

The HSBC multicurrency is probably your best bet.

If your networth is in the millions, you can try any private weath manager...

but for those accts, be prepared to pay much more for checks, transfers etc...

good luck
