bleed your clutch... otherwise check if your clutch slave is leaking...

there's no adjustment other than on the lever... :cool:

There's no replacement for displacement except for a blower

My clutch is in good condition, just that i wanna to adjust to half clutch biting point.. Busa clutch can't be adjusted one right? Mine is near to e end and i only need to pull less that 5 cm and i could change gear liao.. Is it all e same for busa bike?

i'm not referring to your clutch plates.. I referring to the clutch slave cylinder...

I'm no expert but maybe you may wanna do a check on the clutch cable. Anyway, how old's your birdy?

the busa runs a hydraulic clutch system.. so there's no cable to check...

Clutch, Cable Conversion, Suzuki Hayabusa - KSR

The Cable Clutch Conversion Kit allows you to easily convert the stock Hayabusa's hydraulic clutch system to a cable clutch system. The modification will work on all Hayabusa's from 1999 to the present.

The kit comes complete with instructions, clutch lever assembly with switch, cable, push rod, and all necessary hardware. The existing speed sensor will continue to work with the new product.

* Good for both Street and Strip Applications

* Easy to Install

* No Drilling Required

* Bolt On System

* Smoother Launches.

* Better Clutch Feel.

* Quicker Clutch Release Times Than Hydraulic

1/2" thick water pump guard protects it against damage from a snapped chain.Will bring great joy to those with: Higher horsepower Hayabusa's using heavier springs and/or aftermarket clutch management systems. Eliminates common breakage around slave cylinder.

Cable Clutch Conversion Instructions

*

Install the cover with the pushrod and bolts supplied

*

Remove handle bar weight, master cylinder, and grip from left handlebar

*

Install the perch assembly

*

Route the cable supplied along the same route the factory hose took

*

Loosen the jam nut on the actuator and run the screw in until you can hook up the cable at the perch

*

Once cable is hooked up, run screw out then run screw back in until lightly seated then back off 1/4 turn

*

Adjust cable at handlebar to desired play

*

Now install the supplied clutch switch jumpers at the handlebar

*

Reinstall the speed sensor and enjoy!

Contratulations for your new born baby. Wish you all happines and to your wife quick recovery from post natal mood (I hope she does not have any, but yet to see a new mom not to get it).

Word of advise, new borns do sh.t like there is no tomorrow nothing to worry. Do not be a gundu like me and send yr baby to the hospital worrying she/he has diarrhea. This is what I did on first night my new born son arrived home.

Cheers

Can busa clutch to adjusted??? My biting point is too far..

Too far out or too far in. Mine is too far out. Using "half clutch" to change gear. Very smooth. When I use full clutch there is a loud kknocking sound when gear is engaged.

Cheers

A wife was very unhappy with her slow bike and complained a lot to her husband . Knowing her birthday was coming up shortly, she said to her husband... ' Buy me a surprise for my birthday . Something that accelerates from 0 to 100 in 2 seconds! And I would prefer a blue one! '

Happy and excited she was counting the days to her birthday.

And on the day she finally got the beautiful present her husband thoughtfully bought....
