still wondering wheres the most ideal place to mount thosee 2...

Some of the bros keep the IU under their pillion seat... depends on your preference and how much you need the IU... :)

eh hello all... just needed some comment whether i'm scam or had a good deal on the k7 haya i bought.. anyway it's not collected yet... :p

 

OTR with insurance - $24750

Downpaid - $5K

Monthly $395 /5 years

 

he'll be swapping K6 Haya Limited Edition Fairing(White), Fork and Rims over to my K7.

 

Supposingly the Machine price for K7 Haya Was $18K.

But he didn't have the black colour so he suggest that i top up another $2K to swap those things from that K6 haya over to my K7.

 

Hmmm that's about all... Will be collecting my DREAM BIKE this saturday...

U have 3 choices.

 

1. Mount it like wad friedfishz did

 

2. Under ur seat

 

3. Dun put IU at all.

 

 

As for voltmeter u have 3 choices too.

 

1. Mount it directly above ur front panel meters

 

2. Drill a hole at the dash panel and insert ur voltmeter there.

 

3. Dun install it at all.

take note... if you mount the IU like I did, your view of the display panel will be partially blocked... oh well, you can't have the best of both world.... :)

i use to put the IU unit under my seat, no problem going thru the ERP at slow speed, for carparks with IU scanner is a big disaster, everytime cant scan no matter how much i rock n roll to and fro...... :giddy:

 

After i seldom use the IU unit, i had it completely remove till now :angel:
