Nope, dude....can't afford it. machine price is 23K :faint:

but until now, i've been wondering ~ shudnt the new gen Busa is 1350cc....but y isit stated 1300cc at the fairing? :?

the front cockpit looks much more sophisticated but i found that it's much more further than the seat. meaning i hafta stretch further as compared to the old gen Busa. gez the old gen Busa is still comfy to ride for long distance.....but but to each his own :thumb:

damnz, i miss my old ride :p

I found K8 nicer than old generation. However I still feel no worth to fork out so much extra $$. I personally most likely will stick with my K6.

i've not tried Water Wetter, but i'm currently using Engine Ice. engine heat has been reduced by about 30% to 40%. you may consider it too.

you sure anot.. dont anyhow bluff leh... u read from where or listen from who??

No problem at highspeeds. No problem on touring either. A bit heavy but I got used to it.

i'm currently using x11, weigh around 1600gms i think. one of the best helmet i ever own. tried at speed above 280km/h (semi-proning position), no lifting, very stable, with minimal head shakes. been using it for almost 2 yrs.

now was thinking of trying suomy spec 1r (lighter, 1250gms and about the same price as x11), feedback from the net was quite promising. anyone down here own spec 1r?? how does it perform?? thanks in advance..

I red the reviews and comparisons on Engine Ice and Water Wetter. It seems Engine Ice is not cooling as good as the Water Wetter. Engine Ice has Ethylene Glycol that acts as anti-freezing. That will reduce the effectiveness a bit. We do not need that in this climate. I was very sure that I was going to use Engine Ice but then I decided to do a search. Water is the best liquid to use on the radiator but has the tenancy to freeze. Additing anti-freeze (Ethylene Glycol) will reduce the freezing point to abt -40 Deg. That in return is reducing the effectiveness of the water. What Water Wetter does is (as you see on their video) is improving the heat effectiveness of the water itsself. The minus point to the Water Wetter is that she has no anti-freeze which is not our concern.

that is really a helpful piece of info dude! :thumb: i'll give Water Wetter a try when i flush my radiator the next time. thanks! :D

i didnt read anywhere. its based totally on my own feel. the engine ice is definitely much better than the stock coolant by that percentage. ever since i switch to engine ice, my radiator fan was activated twice only. :cheeky:

Perhaps Suzuki retained the cc print on bike for sentimental sake or are they just being modest so as to show the world that they are indirectly competing against the ZZR14? Hahaha.. after all it gained the reputation as the fastest bike in the world with that print.

I've read an article from a link in Pashnit.com that the meters of the K8 aren't as grand as the original model (as in material used). Did you check them out?

What do you mean "lower"? Is it the replacement frequency or the rate of losing it's chemical properties?

i didnt really check the meter out. maybe due to the additional meter in the centre that make the look more chio but internally, perhaps NA can explain further.... :thumb:
