is it? no wonder i felt the brake was so "spongy" when i depressed it few days ago when i went to Looi's motor. i even put it on its side stand and lean my whole weight over to the left to see if the side stand can tahan. hee hee :cheeky:

Hi bro, my chain got some sound when i am doing turning. Why is it so? I have oil e chain and tighten it @ workshop already.

 

Is time to change yr chain. I had some sound also. Found out my chain was gone.

28k otr thats a good price hope u dont kana the gst trick or any other add ons last minute.. cos i got mine at 30k..

My battery seems to be flat due lack of riding. What type should I be looking for? The 9 plates or 12 plates? How much for the dry battery?

The last time I rode also the battery flat but managed to start it using jumper cables. Rode it short distant to the mechanic and was told that the battery is ok (green) That was about 1++ month ago. Now it the same... flat. Should I use the jumper cables once more or just get a new battery.

You must see how long you have bought.The condition.The best is to change to a new one,to save further problems,troubles and headaches.If not get a Yuasa Battery charger to charge it up.If i am not wrong if your battery is dead it cant be charged or etc.Check the Symptoms

i have dealt with Looi's Motor Mr Lee twice. bought my Busa first hand from him and also my Spark 135. reason why i chose him was that he is very reliable and does not resort to other underhand business gimmicks like the other bike shops. so if he promises you something, he will honour his words. so do not worry. @rin, you can rest assure. pinetree, you need not worry for @rin. :angel:

I kind of agree with you to that...I trade in my Monster 900 and took a 2nd hand NT650 from him...moreover,my bro-in-law took a V-Strom from him too...so I guess Mr Lee more or less a safe person to be dealt with...I tried asking Southern Motors in Alexandria and he quoted me 23.5K machine price only..thats I feel is too good to be true...furthermore,he is selling the U.S edition.(not that I know what the difference) according to Mr Lee...Anyway,thanks for all of your concern...cant wait to take over my bike and join you all and see whats the big hoohaaah of this busa thingy..

Not much lah...he kept insisting I got a good deal for that piece....which I believe until you all said you all been doing all that kind of stuff to the bike....:angry: :angry:

I bought a original new battery from KS and I went back to replace another one because is faulty. I have not return to collect for the pass two weeks. I bought another one because I can't wait, I was heading up to Phuket.
