I also say, he tell me uncomfortable for long distance I almost flip. Maybe Pinetree tried to chase the Busas thats why uncomfortable? The bike I think should be very comfortable at around 170-180kmh plus? Maybe when I get to Seah's age? :angel:

i tot so too.. fjr shd br more comfy but i used it once to go hatyai and its toture .. my ass hurts my sholders hurts and during the day its f**king hot brcos teh windshield blocks the wind.. on a busa i feel 10x better..

and thats just the posture..

the speed is comfy only from 160-200.

any higher its not comfy anymore..

I think it is up to each individual.

Maybe becos pinetree is a slim, thin individual, arse no "meat", unlike me, fatter than him, got fat arse, arse more "meaty" than him, that's why he feel his arse sore like mad after riding FJR up north. But I personally find it a very comfy ride.

But one thing, pinetree is damnz right about the Yamaha ride. It is comfy only at around 160km/h - 200km/h, any higher spped than that, the bike is not very stable and the front starts to feels a little "light" and starts to "floats"...

And for you all Busa riders out here, FJR is definitely NOT the bike for you guys and gals, since the top speed is never gonna to meet Falcon's top speed.

So don't even think of changing to a FJR after you have been riding a Falcon, since FJR :

(1) is slow, top speed (max only 260km/h) cannot meet a Falcon's top end;

(2) is not as comfy as a Falcon, where you can rest yourself on the oil tank;

(3) makes one's arse and shoulders sore like mad;

(4) it is extremely hot due to "no wind" because the high wind shield blocks out all the wind while a Falcon can give you an "air-con" when riding at 300km/h.

Stick with your Falcons, guys. :thumb:

brothers of hayabusa..wat will u all do when u get the new hayabusa k8?wat accesories?any protection for this bike?ever u all heard this turf coat?anything other accesories?

seriously, dun be too overwhelmed by your new bike and toys. the first thing you should think of when you get your bike is not what accessories to install or what you should meddle with the engine. the most important thing to do is to ride it, feel it and understand it. only then, you achieve what is most basic: knowing to ride your bike.

different people have different aptitudes in riding. some may not even dare say they can fully handle the power of the bike even riding it for years. so by achieving this basic aspect, not only will you be able to ride better, you will also understand the behaviour of your bike and you will also come across all the different kinds of products or accessories available out there.

from there, you will know what you to improve on your bike. and you will know what you need for your kind of riding style. in this way, you won't waste money just to follow what people install on their bikes and with the effect of not totally understanding the usability and functions of the gadget you install. some mistakes can be painfully learned with a price or you can learn from other's mistakes. because, you can never make enough mistakes in your life to learn it all.

get your bike, ride it and explore. thinking of what to install on your new ride without even riding it is elementary ignorance. i speak straight and frank. hope you take no offense as it is not supposed to be harshly directed at you. join the guys on the weekly meet up to get more information from the experts there. :thumb:

Still waiting leh ...

Tell us leh ... your resale to Albert Motor on your 06 Busa and total lost with interest ... o_O

Why would you go for Ti-Force leh ... I would love to know ... :D

then compared to a KTM how much interest would one pay? and how much can one get back selling after 1 year??

dont even need figures to tell ...

and Ti-force.. well build, good reviews. onli they claim inprovement on top end without comprimising low end.. so i reali wan to try and find out myself but too bad i reali like the look of the yoshi dual exit.. and i think yoshi looks good on a suzuki just like a muzzy on a kawa.. but thats personal preference..
