HI..I,m a newbie in this bird. But any kind soul please guide me about the diff between a parallel imported Haya and agent's bike? Is it true that imported bike got to conduct inspection yearly instead of 3 years later? How about power cut? is there any on both the bike? Please.. Any one knows?

Good morning,

 

Just to update you on this Puket's bike week, since saturday and yesterday sunday, Koh Samui have witnessed a steady stream of huge bikes roaring in, i presumed that they have already started their vacation and have begun their " ON the ROAD again ".

 

Most of the bikes have the bangkok initials number plates but some very foreign, must be overseas, mostly harleys a few gold wings, and a few harleys look alike modify from japanese steeds, virago and some to a point one cannot recognize the original make, there were too a few sport bikes group, in their huge busas, and all their japanese counter parts.

 

But there was one lone ranger to me stands out most, in his roaring ( i meaning roaring ) his bike is so well tune and every ommps and bang there came out of the twin under the seat exhaust was so finely define, it was music to the ears...................Ducati.

 

I am sure there will me more arrival soon, and after a day or so more they will be parting to Puket for that eventful gathering of Brave chiefs from various tribes, the annual pow wow sessions, hope the smoke signals can be read from singapore.

Can I ask a question : where do you place the IU if you don't want to have it on the handlebars? I heard that it can be placed at the rear of the bike, but where??

underseat, can be done with pillon, the pillon have to squeeze very close to u. and u have to bent forward like "drag" race, so that the sensor have a "direct line of sight"

He told me that my bike need to go for inspection yearly cos its paralled import and if i get agent bike then my inspection will come 3 year after. This is the first time i heard such rules..ermm.... THose anyone knows about this RULES? From LTA?

Aiyoh! Who would be so idiot to abuse the busa and ride so far? If I know who that person is, I will sure scold him for busa abuse! Too bad I dun own a Busa or I would sure take good care of it one! No long trips, only ride in Singapore!

 

Busa is really my dream bike. Just now saw a blue one my heart aching...

 

So sad that I dun have a busa.
