There is one important fact that 90% people didn't pre calculate.

That is the NEW vs the OLD interest rates.

New is around 4%-4.5%.

Old is around 6.5%-7%.

 

Assuming minimium downpayment 10% with round off figures.

2nd Hand 26k OTR, loan 23.4k with 6.5% over 4yrs, Interest = $6,084

New 28.9k OTR, loan 26k with 4% over 4yrs, Interest = $4,160

The difference is $1,924.

Thus, adds up 26k OTR 2nd hand machine to total = 27.9k

New Road Tax 6mths, 2nd hand Road Tax left 3mths lost around = $100

2nd hand tyres wore 50% lost around = $200

Grand total of a 2nd hand bike = 28.2k

 

Just wanna to share and awake buyers,
