Okay, here is my INITIAL review after installation. No fast riding yet. Therefore I can only judge based on visual stuff.

Puig is more handsome looking of the both. Think of it as lean and tone while PowerBronze (PB) as stout and burly. Puig match the streamline of the bike better. The double bubble or hump flow better with the shape of the front cowling. Plus the smoke colour has a blue tint which match my bike gun metal gray colour.

PB's hump however is more wide and tall. Maybe this will helps in directing the wind out of my shoulder? Not sure yet. But for sure the cockpit now look more spacious. Like you upgrade from a 4rm to a 5rm flat. If I am more concern about the outlook, I will definately use back my Puig. However now I will need to test the PB windshield first before deciding.

Here is the pictures,

Side view of the Puig. You can see the hump flatten near the edge.

Puig with a straight slanting angle,

Both windshield stack up, PB on top. You can see the hump of the PB is bigger.

http://i171.photobucket.com/albums/u311/mark13x/IMAG0060.jpg

Hopefully it will performed to my expectation. If not, I can use the PB as a frisbee. By the way, can't join you guys on fri night. I will be going in Malaysia for my test ride. Have fun.

Thanks alot for the photos and effort.Indeed alot of useful information here.Have fun with your ride.

I also want to go ... but coming late ... :p

I boycott that freaking expensive wanton noodles stall there.

Nabeh ... noodles only one plate $4.50 ... Siow-ah ...

So what is nice ...doesn't make any sense ... won't die without their noodles. o_O

:sorry: I talking like old grandmother ... :p

In that case you are more than welcome to join.:)Provided you can make it Mr Busyo_O.Better late than never.Ahhhh i guess i know which stall you are referring to.I totally agree in some areas.Indeed its expensive, long queue and the ingredients are so little that you can count.:(I only like the texture of the noodles.Once a while i dont mind though. Its old grandfather.:p

3.2l with oil filter changed. Therefore you will need to buy 4 bottles. You can keep the remaining oil for the next oil change.

Of course it is okay to use semi. It just break down faster than fully but it should still be able to last you 5k km bah. Not sure about it cause I have been using fully all these while and changed at 8~9k km. I will try 10k km for my current oil.

Ok, here is my final review of the Power Bronze windshield. Had tested up till 200kph odd. Still able to sit upright with lesser wind blast than Puig. Overall satisfied with the wind deflection. But then Puig is still more pleasing to look at :( . Anyway comfort is my main concern here so Puig got to go. Here is some picture of the PB taken during day time.

Guys,

Anyone wants to change their Gen2 busa windshield or have anyone whose friends who want to change his? I'm selling my Puig windshield. Condition is good. Why waste money to buy a new one at $150 where you can get one that is near new condition at a lower price? I can help with the installation as well. No biggie. Help me promote! Thanks!
