A couple of charges, letter received, asked to report.

I have a friend who got caught by those normal police riding another person's bike around a street soccer court. Police decides to refer the case to the traffic police.

 

Both have license, and the person riding was given a few charges. Riding without helmet, without insurance and a few more.

 

Letter on that case received only after around 8 - 9 months. and was told to report to them about the case.

 

Because a few riders always hang around that area, residence living there always complain about the noise level of their bike. All kept whacking around bends and straight road there. There was also once where 2 tp came down to check, but luckily their exhaust was not hot. they also got fined for parking on pavements and would say that police patrolling around the area know the group of riders quite well. So will all these complains make matter worse for this person?

 

Will tp be lenient on this type of cases? or will my friend just face the consequences?

sorry to say this. but riding another person's bike without insurance coverage is straight away revoke for both parties. and some more riding without helmet also quite serious.

The "merits" of your friend's case already warrants an instant revokation.

Regular complaints in that area is irrelevant.

Haha. Actually it doesn't really matter to me. i just want to know the consequences that my friend will face. Since 2 of their license will get revoke, all the best to them. dono they still can be friends or not.

 

Well!! A few more days to my RTT! gotta pass it no matter what!ve been tahaning a lot. sometimes some always say, "woohoo.. class 2A or 2 liao lo'' maybe too late regret saying all those to those who are still on their way to their first bike license.

This may not sound like a good idea but it is still better than having both person licence revoke. Just ask your friend to record the statement that he's not aware his friend took his bike to ride. This will instantly save him from the chopboard. ^^

i'm taking class 2b now whereas most of friends are going for their 2A soon. So, the one who committed the offence was actually one of those who keep saying that he's going to have 2A soon. but now, since everyone says that he will have his license revoked, then - "maybe too late to regret saying all 'those' to those who are still on their way to their first bike license."

Never tell people what you are going for. Be it licences, jobs, girlfriends, educational certs, diploma awards and promotion and whatever you think you deserve to get, before those items are in your hands.

People like them deserved this ... I once saw this guy riding a scrambler on a stop light and he wheelied when light turns green ... Unknown to his him and even me , he was pulled over by TP which happens to be around that stretch ... That was surely an act of disgrace man ...
