wad problems u faced when install rad fan? cause my engine temp really very high I scared the conrod might snap under those temps.

 

rad fan will block the air from cooling both block and radiator. thus, only recommended if you always go 1st link..

 

at expressway still ok but when move and stop the temps go until half of the gauge, especially at traffic light it idle at 3rpm

 

Temp - check coolant, change radiator.

 

Hi guys, what could be the cause of the idling being unable to adjust?

 

Turned the screw from minimal to quite alot, idling still remained the same even after revving and turning..

left side near your front sprocket, there's 3 screws to turn... the higher the more intake.

Hi guys, is it possible for the Clutch to have a ringing sound?

Just replaced my pistom rings (again) a few days ago, and I notice there's still a ringing sound when the bike is moving..

 

But if Neutral Gear or Clutched in, it won't have that sound..

Yes, clutch bowl will create that sound.. ignore and dun waste your money..

 

I changed and the sound came back within 2 months.. Regretted to change thru..

Yes, the entire clutch set included the clutch bowl and bearings and everything. But the sound came back after few months of riding.

Valve sound like the problem. *block have problem will be VERY noisy (have metal sound from piston). Air filter (most of KRR have been removed, you check and see if you have? Otherwise, just replace or remove it)

 

Otherwise, carb might be super dirty.

Whats your sprocket number?

 

If it's 15- 40 and below, not sprocket. 15-41 (average) depending on the speed you wish to travel at.

If it's 14 - xx = yes, too much pick up without top end.

Look carefully at the back sprocket, you are able to see it.

U can't locate the numbers at the front sprocket unless u open the cover.

Original or local coverset should not have any differences. (since not internally) Tank = no idea or information about that.

 

Standard throttle will cost quite a far bit as it consist of quite a number of parts. KR - purchase the items depends on the numbers of parts.
