Appeal for Witness on traffic accident

ON 21st April 0840am, i was negotiating a bend at ECP lane 2 near opposite side of prince edward exit heading to CHANGI on my blue suzuki en125-2A class 2b bike when a silver 2 door opel car from lane 1 suddenly came out and swerve to my lane abruptly IN THE MIDDLE OF the BEND. This reckless driver was speeding and after knocking me he moved his car more then 100 meters to the road shoulder. I walked to him fast to take down his car plate and ask him why he did that.I was not gonna let him get away. I fell and rolled 5 times. I nearly died. He said sorry he was rushing to work. Because i walk to his car as wanted to take his number plates, i forget to ask for witnesses...who have left already by the time i got back to see my bike. I appeal for any drivers to come forward and tell the truth. U do not need to go to TP headquarters to provide statment. Just on the phone will do.

 

I am actually quite sad....my auntie commented how come nobody come down and help me....Hiazz

i think you post in the wrong thread. but anyway in sg u will get no witness unless you are seriously injured or died.

 

If you go court, TP will fine you. And he hit you in his back, then then you still have to pay for him.

 

That is how traffic rule in SG works

Hihi. Thanks for your time. I was on the papers and a witness came forward also. Thank God. The guy was fined 200 and 9 demerit points. Now still fighting in court. I feel the punishment was too little as he purposely banged me. This driver is seriously pro. He bang me and I was leaning his his left front window but he still drag me for few meters. And when he knew i wouldn't fall, he push me more harder and I fell. From lane 2 go until lane 3. Box fly to divider, bike at lane 2, me at lane 3. Haha.

Involve in road accident, between motorcycle and car.

Motorcylist injured (mental/physical).

Motorcycle damage (bad/severe)

Driver no physical injury.

Car damage (slight)

 

In Singapore, the punishment is not severe enough to deter.

I am not sure how this appeal for witness works but yes I am appealing for witness for an accident that happened on 19 of July 2016 at BKE ( towards Johor) near dairy farm road exit. There is a white colour lorry that hit my dad. He was riding a motorbike bike plate number is FX185C. As it was during rush hour the white colour lorry did not stop and ran away.
