Eye witness needed for accident along tanjong katong road

Guys,

 

I was involved with an accident on 10 July 2010 at around 1130pm, along tanjong katong road.

I was going straight heading towards the direction of geylang and there was a taxi which was waiting to turn out from Rose Lane, his front of the car was already inched out quite a bit.(At least quarter of his was inside the yellow box) i horned to warn him but he still came out and i couldnt brake on time and banged on to his side. My bike is a Honda FireBlade 400 black and green colour. The taxi is a comfort, cab no. SHA2951S.

if you T-boned the taxi, clearly the taxi in fault. pretty clear cut case to me.. you might wanna go around the accident site to ask for witnesses instead since that place quite happening in the evenings..

im sure there were a few who saw the accident but i was in pain that i was just sittin down at the kerb and din ask for any witness's contact details. When it happend there were quite a no. of people around that vicinity.

2. The next thing you had banged into him

3. He will say that you are speeding since it was a straight road.

i understand wd u mean bro, that is y i'm like trying to cover myself. If he was to say point 1, wouldn't it still be his fault? i'm afraid he would say point 3 and i dont have anybody to support my statement.

brother, dont wanna add salt to wound but next time invest in a bike camera to record your trips.

 

i am pretty sure if there was a camera on your bike recording the incident, that taxi guy is paying through his nose for your medical bills.
