Bike knocked down at carpark issues.

Hi fellow bikers,

 

Recently my cb400 was knocked down at my carpark by another bike which was parked next to mine. My tank was dented(balancer hit on it) , handlebar alignment gone etc..

 

I have strong suspect that its the bike beside me because its handlebar wasnt locked, there are marks of fall on its balancers.

 

What i wana noe is can i claim against his insurance regarding my repair cost. I do not have a witness and i spoke to the rider but he do not know anything. If i got a witness can i claim further?

If you have witness then it is possible. If not, then you do not have a case. Beside you are only assuming he is the culcript.

yup.. what if it was someone else who knocked his bike which in turn knocked ur bike..

ya like what bro keraking say. what if someone knock the 3rd party bike and hit the bike beside you causing his bike to fall on your bike, and you blame the bike beside you and want to claim him?

very hard to file a case la, its just suay. unless you caught him on the spot.

ya suay.. twice kene before..mirror break often.sumtime weird bikers even squeeze btw ur slots n the slot beside..put in btw...weird bt this do happens..causing al this damage.
