Hi everyone:) I just bought a new RS125. My bike currently under running in. I intend to change my throttle to "fast throttle". Will it be ok to change nw? Wat type of fast throttle is recommanded?

I would recommend that you wait till the end of the Run-In period which is about 500km.

The reason being is to avoid "extra" unnecessary over-Revs that might damage the piston rings.

I recommending spending a couple hours at the gym after which omg, my throttle is so light!

 

Anyways bike is new and should be very responsive already, being an Italian racing breed. Enjoy it, save the $ for your bigger dream bike :3

unless u able to control the revving, cause the important thing now is to operate the vehicle under certain RPM as part of the progressive run in. Like wise TS might be interested in breaking in the "hard" way haha.

Note break in will decide the overall health of the engine many yrs down the road, so do it with due care... uncertain? stick to manufacturer recommendation.
