Greetings for the Beautiful Seaside Town of Krabi.

Arrive safely Yesterday.

Total Distance fr spore... 1200km

 

Last Nite:

Had a Welcome Garden Party with Thai Cultural Dancing & singing.

 

Today:

Main Event...

A ride thru' town to beach resort with a few hundred bikes from 3 nation.

Police escort all the way.

Have not seen so many bikes in my life.

 

Collected more Fund for some local charity...

 

Wish u were all here!

Will be Breaking Ride back to Spore at Bukit Merah Resort.

Between Penang & Ipoh.

 

Host for this year event was Spore...

However held in Krabi.

Too bad the authority support in Spore Not so good.

The South Thailand police block the entire road for the Bikes.

Please note that I have no clue whether the item is genuine, or whether it works, i'm just a mindless consumer attracted by the advertising like ya'll. Also, if there are anything more than 10 orders, I will be collecting the money FIRST as it'll be rather significant. I've also received the following email from the seller:

"The picture is somewhat misleading - I'll fix that - is that they no longer

look like a hex lug nut. They are also no

longer made of machined aluminum, but rather a more durable chromium plated

brass and polycarbonate for the clear part."

Run with the tire pressure you're using on your tires as specified by the tire rating, that's the pressure you normally pump anyway, right? No point using the bike manual's rating as you'll just register perenially wrong pressure...

And yes, it can kenah "stunned". It's just a screw-on cap, unfortunately... no way to theft-proof it... that's why i'm getting 2 pairs. Sigh.

But do not wish to buy cos mine juz got stolen. Got a pair of fancy caps for JB for RM10. Sekali,.... for show only......3 days later....den kena curi liao.....

 

Then now back to sq. one. Reused back the original caps....sigh.....

Hi i am riding super vtec 1 and i wonder if in jam or slow traffic will hornet 250 get very hot like super 4 or not as hot? if u happen to know base on your experience. Thanks

I don't know about the 250, but i'm riding a 900, and it's not that bad as there's a fan that kicks in when the engine's idling hot at traffic... once it's moving, no probs. I used to ride a vtec spec 1 before this, and there's really not much difference though the vtec got no fan.

Hahaha,, cool tomoro i be getting back my bike from K&T. Damnnn alot stuff to be change as the bike is old since 1998. Clutch Cable, Clutch Plate, Harder Clutch Spring, Front Tires BT014, Factory Pro Jetting Kit, Respray of color on bellypan, side fairing and hugger, mod for better airflow on exhaust, and etc ( non commentable ) haha!! can say nearly overhaul for my bike. Should be able to hit higher km.

Spend ard 1.3k on my bike. ( Which can get a rear Penske Shock, just top up $400 )

 

Those who are interested in doing servicing for your hornet250/600/900 or any bikes 4 stroke try K&T Accessory abt Ubi.

 

My next target is Penske rear shock and a Ohlins side mount steering damper.

 

Guys how abt meet up this week? Friday or Sat??? Alan? Andrew? Joe? Hao? Jay? Fazri? Ting? How abt RevvZone? off Yio Chu Kang Road? or anywhere pls suggest beside Pitstop.

Frankly, no problem in S'pore traffic jam. When its hot, the fan start kicking the hot air out. Unless if I stranded at Woodland Checkpt jam, then no choice loh ...I juz off my engine & push the bike cos the jam would take 'bout 1.5 - 2 hrs especially 2300 - 0100 hrs on Monday, Tuesday, Friday & Saturday.

 

At the same time, I wanna smoked from my cigarette smoke and not fumes from my xzoz. If I run the engine on & smoke at the same time then I become giddy-o-jelly.....man...

 

But S4 is good bike when touring...

 

Last two weeks my fren(S4) & I rode to KL. I travelled at 160km/h...U know wat? He overtook me like sayor (veggie), man. Thou Hornet 250 have the pickup......but S4 hv the distance. Wat can u expect from 250s, man.

 

Wats important is the passion to ride!

Hi guys, got back my bike. Damn nice to ride, like new bike, especially the clutch spring, plates and lines are all new. Power comes directly, not like lastime where when open throttle, the power are like down slope than up again. I like the side cowling especially and the belly pan , hugger respray. Does my bike look like Z1000? the naked version of HONDA. hahha
