If Most Can Do on 29th Fri... Kulai Supper RideLet's Do It!

Quite an enjoyable Nite Ride.

The Petrol Fill Up will pay for the Trip plus A Nice Supper...

Hornet 1000

Was just a Photoshop Edit. No news yet on New Hornet 1000

As a Street bike... The Hornet 900/600 is really quite Good!

Ride Speed: If Ah huat Comes... Last Bike Spd 115kmh.

Otherwise about 130kmh should be comfortable for all.

Will try to keep most together... but any bikes wants to go

ahead... can always wait after Kulai toll. No worries - enjoy

Your ride. Can convoy after that. Me Last Bike.

Always Fun to Ride as a Group!

100kpa ? was it the front or back ? if it was the front then ur bike must have felt it weighed a ton.. cos once while using my tyre pressure gauge i accidentally let out too much air from my front tyre.. end up i find the front end heavy and difficult to steer as there was alot of opposing force preventin me from bankin my bike.

anyway guys.. its good to have one of those pen-like air pressure gauge becos the air pumps at petrol stations r inaccurate.

Yup it was from the front... new bike mah, i thought at first was like that haven't got used to it, but the more i ride the more i thought heck this is worse than my old super4, cannot be 900 so hard to ride, so i went to check with tire gauge... that's why all you folks out there, check your pressure religiously, at least once every 1 1/2 weeks, cos you can lose air without even knowing it sometimes, and if you don't check, it'll creep up on you, affecting your fuel economy, handling, blah blah...

tyre pressure is so impt becos it effects so many things.. handling, grip, acceleration, top speed, fuel economy. low tyre pressure will oso have negative effects on the tyre itself.. like uneven wearing.

K & N Filter

Can't Really Feel that much...

The Old Filter was not clog up or something.

But was quite dirty.

Air intake determines the performance of the engine.

So a good clean filter matters. Simple Logic.

K & N is renown as one of the best.

So, away with paper filter.

Cost to cost, it is reusable. so savings there.

Engine Oil... Repsol

The smoothness was quite noticable.

But of course my the oil it replace was like black.

So was my Oil filter replaced.

Tire Pressure

As with Chi Yen, Pressure was 150kpa instead of 240 Front/290 Back(35/42psi)

Just have to check pressure every week now.

The auto pressure pump at Caltex is good.

Check it against my personal gauge.

Just set it to say... 240hpa and wait for the beep!:thumb:

As for cornering... was refering to our Lady Hornet.

But Will try to catch u the next ride. Pressure OK Lah!

U know me, always looking for sand & diesel to siam (avoid)
