There is no such thing as " Unbroken Double Yellow Line". All yellow lines are continuous, and there is double yellow lines, and single yellow line.

Once again the Uncle here have proven abovementioned that the yellow lines that we've so affectionately become accustomed to are existential, and that they are perpetual in nature. :p

Unfortunately the Rules do say:

 

Restriction on parking of vehicles on roads

22.No person shall park a vehicle —

(b) on any road where unbroken double yellow lines are laid down, from the point where such lines commence to the point they end;

Alamak, got it wrong.

 

But unbroken double yellow lines just don't sound right, I have never heard it mentioned that way.

 

So zig-zag yellow lines are they also "unbroken" ?
