lolx.. I usually use live prawns.. I have 6 / 7 / 10 feet rods.. Timing is after 12am til around 4am..

 

i HAVE fished there a couple of times... btw its not yet fully converted into fresh water.. in the process i guess... caught a couple of small stingrays and other fish too... so its true u can fish there...BUT now I HEARD no more fishing liao... and btw, i fish there at night times only...

any new ponds to fish? quite disappointed with jurong lakeside only have KBL only.

fish in pond = sure got fish, lesser obstacles but $$$

fishing in open sea/shore/break water = dunno where is the fish, dunno what is underneath, $ depends on ur bait.

 

no lor.. like i stated above.. 1 fish for 12 hours.. so not confirm pond is better.. I go jetty, either 0 fighter or at least 1-5 max.. usually 4 hours like this.. max 6 hours on jetty..

Let me do a survey first.

 

Do you guys/gals prefer

1) day fishing (sunrise to sunset) or night fishing (sunset to sunrise)

2) onshore / offshore / pond

 

From there, maybe can arrange a fishing trip for majority of the kakis....

Haha, tongkol you can find only in Sg market. Near shore line doubt so. They prefer deep water.

 

No secret spot la. only at ECP. Tide, season, moonlight and water temp play apart. also not forgetting the 'bait'.

 

Btw, for sharing, the Barramundi, KBL season is coming. Next will be Mangrove Jack and Red Snapper season. TIGHT LINES!!!:thumb:

i've got a couple of of jungle bashing.. long grass walking and fishing on those pontoon... and the best place to fish in singapore is in the PSA PORTS! BUT damn only no fishing is allowed and no entry....

secret sites are always difficult to access... haizzz sick of those bashing in jungle during army daze... still wan to bash? hahaha cant deny the fact that in accessible area sure got big catch. bet the place around live firing area at tuas sure got big time..

Yishun still got pond meh??? The only pond i know of in yishun, seized operation early 2008. The area was taken over by military.

 

If you guys wanna go jungle bashing to get good fishes, you cud try goin to the area nearby pasir ris camp:thumb: The only thing tat will make u think twice to fish there is the funny sounds you will hear coming from the forested area.

You need to know how make the best receipe to suit the fishes' craving.
