I think its alright to stop by the shoulder to insert cashcard but if you are waiting by the shoulder for the gantry operating hours to be over then chances are you will be getting a summon..

 

I see quite a bit of drivers and riders stopping by the side to insert cashcards too. Esp at CTE after braddel exit i think cus the gantry operating hours until real late most would have thought operating hours are over
