Handle shaking only wen hit 50km/h

hi,my handle bar starts to shake left and right only at speed of 50 or 60 km/h,i went to motor tiam,checked said cone bearing ok,tyre pressure abit low,so he told me it vould be the box,how is this possible?speed above 60 bike steady.any suggestions?

1. Tires ok? - not spoilt or deformed? How old are the tires?

2. Is your front wheel, fork alignment straight?

tyres 3 months old,how do i check the alignment,thanks.

mechanic open up the box and place some rubber on the rack than put the box back,

just like that,bike no more handlebar shaking left to right.
