Parking fine for a carpark i didnt go to

Hi guys, i was parking at my house carpark which i had bought a season parking ticket for. the next morning i get to my bike, i was fined for parking without a season parking ticket, i went to send an email to appeal.

 

in the end they mention i was fined for parking at a carpark that i didnt been to on that day. how to go about appealing for this? sigh didnt check the fine ticket when i got it.

ah..i know this..i have a friend who works at united premas/cisco ,when they chop this person they dont like they will just fine u anyhow(in malay we call it saman layang).they can even do it by just taking ur plate number,and fine u,and the fine ticket they throw away..so u just wait for the red letter to come then u know that uve been fine.

 

my advise is u go down to the respective company that fined u and explain these things that could happen.

wait for the letter? i kinda cock also... becoz once i saw the summon on my bike, i straight away went to type the appeal email saying that i bought the SPT. den they reply say i didnt buy SPT for another carpark (which is the carpark i was fined at which i didnt go to). i didnt check the carpark code on the summon ticket when i get it. damn sian man. bought season parking for nothing. in the end got fined for parking at a carpark i didnt go to. 20+ bucks, can buy 1 month parking liao.

 

they reply the appeal email liao, say must pay within 7 days. sigh.

even if u nv put season but u got valid season at the car park, can appeal to waive off.

 

juz keep insisting u nv go lor. if this hdb dun care, go down MP and explain and they will write letter for u?

 

by the way what is the timing u was fine? if midnight juz say u at home slping and u got season one. pic prove? LOL

u ask hdb, u got season, in the middle of the nite u slping at home while ur bike park in ur season parking car park.

 

picture prove to say why u been fine? else juz call up the number or your side town council say this is a waste of time.

 

else juz go MP lah, dun bother to write email for appeal.

most probably the EO keyed in wrong carpark code. do double check. if carpark code is correct and u are a season ticket holder, the EHT device will prompt and not allow to book under rule 4(1)# (parking without valid coupon) or rule 18 (parking in a season lot without season parking).
