I used to love those big round pieces of colourful biscuits that you can buy at mama shops. Also remember the popsicles as posted somewhere above.... and chocolate cigarettes.

 

I also played with the erasers, some play with rulers (flick at people, hurts!) and some people still played with spiders when I was in Primary school. I could never find any spiders in the bushes but my neighbours gave me extras.

My first primary school also had two bells for end of recess. First bell you freeze in your tracks for the prefects to go around to check, second bell you assemble.

Think underside got recipe. My mom used to collect the Carnation milk ones. Underneath the labels there were recipes.

Last time after school I would see if I still had enough money to buy snacks.

 

Most popular snacks were those fish "satay sticks", forgot how much it cost. It was quite expensive compared to the rest. Think 50ct per stick or something.

 

Kaka was another popular snack. So salty and disgusting but when you are young, you don't really care. There are always those cheap plastic toys inside the packets.

Ahhhhhhhhh KaKa... yes yes yes... my fav snack hahaha... and use to go behind the school for ice-cream 10cents 20cents nia. Then i remember once knn i got so carried away that i miss my school bus with my bag on the school bus. Fwah DIE... and go home eat kway teow CONFIRM. Hahaha...

 

I still remember our recess time we play poisonous ball or marbles. Kah Lui (marble hit coins) were illegal at our time in school Hahaha...
