thanks bro.. :thumb: how abt price wise? compared to other brands?

I think the price is quite cheap compared to other brands. The last I checked for stainless steel was $1400 for slip-ons only. Excluding Y pipe.

Anyways, this is how Remus carbon fibre exhaust looks like.

Yo bro... I replaced with the OEM clutch assy, thus no difference in performance. I wanted to change to STM Slipper Clutch, but the price is... :faint:

So, decided to stick with stock...

Anyways ripped the below from my thread.

http://www.singaporebikes.com/forums/showthread.php?t=144509

Ok, here it goes... my bike was having lots of chattering going on my right side. I thought it was becoz of my clutch basket which was causing the prob.

So, I decided to get a complete new OEM clutch. However, after replacing the parts, the sound still existed. Examined my old clutch thoroughly... found no defects. Thus, money... down the drain... LOL!

My grave mistake was, before buying the new OEM clutch, I did not rip open my clutch cover to examine if my clutch was faulty.

The chattering was caused by my CAM Tensioner which is actually loose due to wear & tear.

Conclusion: I'll suggest u to decide wisely, whether to go for slip-ons or full system. This is because, once u get slip-on exhausts, ONLY ARROW exhaust has the facility/design which allows u to buy parts by parts basis (Mufflers/Y Pipe/Headers) to complete the *Full System*.

how come cannot part by part :giddy:

how come cannot part by part :giddy:

:faint:

Bro, the joint fitments from the header (Aftermarket) to Y pipe, usually would not fit. Only Arrow & another make (forgot the brand) would fit.

Eg. (This is wat happened in my case)

Currently I'm using Remus Slip-Ons & Remus Y pipe with Stock headers.

I wanted to get the Remus headers to complete the *Full System*. But I was told that, I can't do that, coz the full system normally would come with a Y pipe which is abit special in a way that it'll not fit the part no of my slip-ons. Thus, I had only 1 choice. To get another aftermarket headers which would follow exactly like stock headers without the EXUP.

This is where I realised, only 2 company's offer such. The approved 1 is Arrow. The other is not approved. I forgot the brand thou... Could be either Graves or Termignoni.

PS: Correct me if I'm wrong... this is wat I understand. Becoz of this, I'm actually in the mist of deciding to get the Akrapovic Evo Full System. I was quoted by Works Perfomance $3766.

this is what norman of racewerkz also told me..

furthermore..

1. not many headers are legal..

2. fitment issue..

3. some part # not sold separately.. only as a set..

:faint:
