The Extra 15W50 is too thick for the new gsxrs with slipper clutch. The Extra 10W40 is rather thin for extended commuting in traffic jam. After lots of playing around with various combination including mixing to get the customised viscosity, we found that the Ultra 5W50 works great out of the bottle in the slipper clutch models for both tracking/extended full throttle NSHW wacking/slow traffic riding.

Objection, i dun think 15w50 is too thick for the 1000 GSXR, maybe it not sutiable for the 600 & 750. and comfirm 10W40 is too thin for the 1000, cos when i use that, i sure get super slipper clutch, cos my clutch comfrim slip. LOL

U happy can liao. General concensus is that shifting is stiff with 15W50 grade for these newer slipper clutch models.
