hi .. pertaining to the engine stall thing .. u guys can go back to Hong Leong to do the setting .. they set the stuff using yr tachometer .. dunno wad they do to it .. another factor is yr clutch try to set it further , if not u clutch in and try to throttle abit , it will die off again .. this is wad i encounter la .. dunno same to all of r1 07 not .. now i dun have this prob anymore .. and read through some pricing of this bike.. well , i down ard 3.5k .. drag 4 yrs , monthly $540 .. based on 3% .. =) cheers ..

i saw orange color in the motorshop, and friend of mine told me that there is a black color. so i confirm with the motorshop and he told me the next shipment coming to singapore. but the saleman done a good job.

 

instead of sent the new bike for inspection, they skipped and bring the black color to the motorshop and exchange it for me.actually is 2month plus but good service.

juz one word of advise, for those collecting new bikes, make sure shops put the battery on slow charge, coz some shop boost charge the battery so that impatient owners can collect their bike faster.

 

after collecting the new bike, to make sure its in gd running condition, start the bike and idle it till the fan turn on. then leave it to cool and then start riding the bike.

 

its also impt to do the 1st oil change @ the 1st 50km. coz oil in the new bike is in the factory and travelled long distance on sea voyages+long storage in warehouses.

after 1st 50, probably need to check some impt screws on whether its too lose or too tight.

I bought 3 weeks ago it was 20500$ COE rise 2% ? 21500 is quite near my Insurance was 1550 about and street price was over 25000k.. plus I ordered Yoshimura new model slip ons and Y pipe plus Powercommander and Dyno in UNIty.. under a month I have too much over 28000 k but still it much cheaper than in Finland.. Price for R1 in Finland is 38000k !!!
