hey guys i dunno if any1 of u exprience this. whenever i start my bike in the morning or when my bike is cold, my speedo screen fade off and come back again then my temperature numbering will become ___ then --- then back to normal. wats the problem?

Heard some news 2 K7s had already installed AKRA dual slipon, one carbon, the other titanium, one blue/white, the other black/orange...

If the owner is one of the forumer here, can post some pics of the pipes on the bike or can email me [email protected], thks!

Just last Sunday, I saw a Black K7 with carbon fibre Arrow pipes. The owner modded his bike with so many accessories. :lovestruck: From what I see, only his suspension is original... :)

First learn stand, then learn fly. Nature's rules biker-sans. Not mine...

well ok..think i can only remember that the mech that help me change it advise me to leave the headlights on at all time cause my wiring and switch is somehow connected in a way where by:

the current flows to the LCD console and other electronic parts, but not to the lights. so somehow that may have cause the leakage of the current lo..

 

 

Why does the headlight switch connect in a way where by:

the current flows to the LCD console and other electronic parts, but not to the lights ??? then how u control the headlights ?? as far as i know, the whole process is very simple, just install a switch to the main line connecting to the headlights.. what does it got to do with LCD console n other parts? and if your switch control the current flow to LCD then wats the point of calling it a head light switch? o_O

 

No harm to the bike if installing a switch, isit?:p

 

 

i feel that its no harm.. thats why i very confused why bsk_R103 said that installing a headlight switch will fry the coil.. :faint:

nothing so special about modded? if u have the money, anything also can put.

modded so many thing also still a bike that reach 299 ....just a bit advance timing.

normal wear n tear, if your vehicle is loaded with too many electrical gadgets, most likely will shorten its lifespan.. :)

yup .. 07 alsO pOssible tO install a headlight switch .. but try to find thOse metal kind .. cOz it can withstand heat .. i used twice the black plastic kind .. inside the switch thOse wire got melted within 1 week ...:)

nOthing feels better than riding a YZF ...

i think it lies down to the person installing it, metal also got problem, due to the corrosive nature of metal, the switch may corrode and cause short circuit, and if metal switches are so good, then why are our original switches (starter,signals,high beam) all made of plastics?
