who started it in the first place?

i'm not making everyone's cup of tea according to my preference.

you asked me for an recommendation in the first place, of course i recommend something that i have experience with.

So may I ask how many different suspensions have you used on your XR125 to make you conclude that Bitubo is the preferred choice? There is really no reason why I should doubt your judgement, but not when you do not have actual experience with them. Let alone a litre bike. Yeah I asked you for a recommendation so I could check if you are really sound. Maybe swopping the entire shocks doesn't really sound right to me, sometimes rebuilding them could just be the right way. Maybe I inferred the wrong idea, my bad then.

And again I did not judge you based on your ride, it's how you ride. Seriously, we'll talk again if you really start pushing hard on track, not at dam. Maybe you can go through the humps faster than me.

if you are thinking of keeping the bike or going for serious track, suggest you change the shock.

Have you ever rode on a circuit?

a well setup stock suspension will never be on par as a well setup aftermarket suspension. anyway, if you can feel that 'ooooh i can fly now' , chances are your previous suspension settings are crap.

if you are able to do a 1.45 on stock, and after changing to an aftermarket shock, you are able to do 1.43. initial improvement is due to the upgrade. subsequently, it will be the rider. why so, rider feels more confident about his ride.

is this how a fellow rider should look upon another rider? by looking at what bike he/she's riding on the road? yes, i'm riding a xr125, so? does that means my knowledge is only about xr125 and nothing else?

i need not be riding a litre to know how suspension works on a litre. like i said, suspension is the same for all classes of bike. if you deem to judge me based on the ride that i ride and the posts that i make, then it's just too bad. i'm here to share whatever i know about suspension.

whether my posts are credible anot, i leave it for the rest to decide for themselves.

cheers.

bro one question i believe everyone very curious about.. wat are your timings like on PG? care to share a few pointers? cos i am realli slow.. so i believe u do a sub 1.45 with your bitubo shocks?

MY 1 Cent worth of comment..

setting give confidence, confidence = faster lap times

too much power = less confidence = slower lap times

brand of shock = personal perference

Sigh .... so bored ...
