As previously mentioned, 657 pages is way too much for a new rider to go thru, let alone having to read redundant questions by you.

 

Starting over would be the best option :)

Erm... No leh.. I think it is better in the sense that I can give more modulation. I need to turn more to achieve same throttle on the 06 I think. But then again could be me getting used to my own bike, cause I adjusted my throttle free play to none.

 

 

Handgun riders means they play with throttle like they play with their -censored-. Rough and hard, faster. Oops.. Maybe just me lah.. :lol:

 

 

would that be shotgun...either all or nothing. the equivalent to Leadfoot for car drivers... o_O

 

 

Yep, the throttle is jerky when opening from closed position. its gets really tiring especially when riding slow in traffic where there is constant throttle closing and opening. Have to use clutch to ease out the jerky throttle response.

 

but somehow i do feel it got smoother after running in or i just probably got used to it. :p

Great. Since there is already a technical R1 discussion thread in the Sportsbikes Section, I'm going to move this R1 thread to the Chatterbox Section where we can chat to our hearts delight. Anyone coming in asking about technical aspects, we'll just refer them to the technical R1 thread. All R1 bros agree to this? :confused:

 

Henceforth, this thread is just for us to chit chat and orgynise outings only. All technical aspects for the R1 are to be discussed in the technical thread in this section... :thumb:

 

i don't think it a gd idea lah bro(to me lah)

as it better that all is in 1

so when log in

ppl know there outing or can ask bout any prob

4 those rider that don't wish to answer those new ppl that ask a simple answer

pls do not answer

yan, the situation now is some people don't wan us to post anything other than technical discussion here, they wanted anything to do with outings /chit chats/ greetings/ good night/ good morning/ weather reports and other similar kind of post out of here.. so no choice :thumb:

Why being so sensitive? Have u all ever wonder why things can come to so bad?

The purpose i create this thread in the 1st place is wanting to let those new R1 riders wannbe to benefit in terms of the bike technical aspects and meet other R1 riders from here, not only as R1 riders but also as being a part of SBF Bike community. Other from all over the countries will get to know this thread so they will take the opportunities to know us as Singaporeans even more. Don't you want others to look up on you as being the Big Brother taking care of the younger ones when they need your help?

 

Or you will like this to be filled of flamed wars plus non related pictures to the thread that i believe what they all meant?

i go wit the flow..

i actually browsed through all the pages for the darn tps problem..

and its no mean feat..

 

lets keep the technical thread strictly technical..

from there refer any tcss or outings to the new tcss thread..

this way no conflicts.. better housekeeping..

new r1 riders no need to browse through hundreds of pages of technical talk+tcss talk..

 

everybody happy..
