bro i suggest you bring it back to the shop where u got it. the possiblities lies on either the damper or the cone. Yes you need to do balancing of the rims when changing of tyres. But the issue is both your unstable of the steer. Bring it backto the shop and rectify

it is bought secondhand.....

YESS BRING BACK to the shop where you got it..... nagg at himm say this and that...

by right you sud not pay anything..... coz any where you got a bike from a shop, they them selves sud give a 2 weeks - 4 weeks warrantee mah....

by left if he tell you that its like your fault or wat then you know wat to do.... can call neslo-ice..... so that he can 'hang' them saying that its not supposed to be this way...

 

Any way majourity will go to bikelab... for me no preferences... have not get a good mech yet..

hope ot turns out well for you bro.... remember a good bike means a good you!:p
