Service manual is the Factory manual from Suzuki..Teaches you how to completely strip down the bike..The one which comes together with the bike is the Owner's manual..

Contact me via PM..Bring a blank cdr and i burn for you FOC..And i mean the Factory Service Manual..After you have this, you dun need the Owner's manual liaoz cos factory manual covers everything inside the Owner's manual..

btw, scottoiler may not be suitable for our bikes...

And for the tank protector, can jolly well go Regina to buy..Keiti tank protector, can get alpine gloves if you are willing to invest, rim stickers can buy from a shop close to LAB, switch/connectors/wires can get from Sim Lim Tower...

Scottoiler is fine on our bike.

It uses the vacuum from the rubber tube that leads to the IAP sensor at the throttle body.

I have measured the IAP reading with and without scottoiler - no difference.

Just make sure the rubber tube is sealed tight, loss of vacuum will cause the IAP sensor to misread and screws up the bike running

I installed one for a year already, never need to adjust the chain at all.

Take care to adjust the flow of oil correctly.

Too little - chain wears out.

Too much - oil all over the bike!!

As long can see chain is wet (oiled) - enough.

Maybe those who got a weird feeling using it is cause by the leak..But i will prefer the conventional method..

I love chain oiler cause I've installed on my previous super 4 and I have never worry about chain lossening and chain dirty. But ever since changing to sport bike, my friend advise me not to install scott oiler. 2 simple reason,

1) There will be chances that oil will spill.. or over flow.. and sport bike tend to go faster and corner. Dangerous if the oil some how make way onto your tire.

2) Chances is you might go track. And chances the oil might make it way onto the track. And chances that the oil might cause bike to low slide.

Actually think no need to tap to lights. Just cosmectic only.. and waste alot of time.

the lights is for visual mah... the alarm must have sound and blinking lights to make sure people dont go near ba :cheeky:

How do you check whether the TRE is working.

For my case.

Warming up

1. During Neutral, rev Rpm to 3000 then clutch in. RPM will drop to 2600

2. During Neutral, when I clutch in, RPM goes up by 100-200

After bike hit 80 degree

1. During neutral clutch in, rpm drops by 100-200

Any exact senario to confirm whether it's working? Using a 15K ohm
