I liked one of the suzuki bike back then also... the TL 1000... V-Twin engine... damn sexy! But of course la... oil chugger!

Same here, i'm ok with the lights..Put 1 blue colour angel eyes on the protector and it's so er lang shen.. :lol:

 

The only thing that turns me off is the exhaust..

now got 3 things to put mi off... the headlight, the exhaust and the price........ :sian:

for normal road use I dont think it needs a fork, cartridge should be ok, even for the track. Same for the rear shock. If you go often tracking, best let prepare the bike to adjust front and rear to your style and weight. Should be done by a pro.

 

Not fork, what i mean is FORK setup, cartridge,spring, shim, valve....

 

If want to change fork then i rather change my bike to this....

Yea TL 1000R is one of my fav bikes in the 90s too..how much is a K1 or K2 selling for? sorry dont really know abt bike prices cos very long didnt ride, recently just started riding again.

k1 k2 nowadays is about 4-5 k...

a friend of mine just got the k2 for 5.5 k

but bro, you will be lucky if you get a welly maintained k1/2.

his got the rear absorber kind of soft ones..... so i suggest you either look or a newer versions, like all of us would say, technology.....

TLR engine just doesnt gives me that V-Twin kick like on VTR or the Ducs..

I guess it's a personal thing, looking from directly in front of the bike, i think it looks good.

In fact, i think it's quite fierce looking, so is the tail section.

The only part I can't stand is the exhaust.

I'm waiting to see the aftermarket exhaust for the bike..Wont be expecting anything similiar to what we have now due to the strict euro emission..
