another question is that how hot is hot? the temperature of my bike keeps going up to 106 degree C before the fan starts. usually what is the normal healthy temperature of the bike?

 

I'm planning to do up the bike one time proper and good, and hopefully won't have to open up the engine again for the next one and half year.

maybe u can change your coolant water..cos last time i also encounter this problem but later change my coolant to Water Wetter it totally maintain at 82 to 90+,if heavy traffic jam up to 106.

No prob man! I believe VICOM themselves sell it at $137, but they also get their stock from Seng Kwang.

Seng Kwang is the manufacturer of the metal bracket, therefore you are like getting it at factory price. No middle-man charges, know what i mean?

takes about one hour, they don't accept NETS so bring cash.

Of course its ex as they will need to open up your engine block to do the valve clearance ....

 

There's no need to do it as long as your tappet is smooth and quiet ....
