oh..okok..thanks bro...coz i see my friend's haya with gi pro...its jus plug and play...but for k5 600 the device seems wierd...doesnt seem to be plug and play... :(

You may change our damper to those aftermarket ones such as Ohlin. Our stock damper is the electronic type and it will adjust it accordingly to our RPM.

You can get yourself a damper as long as it is 68 mm bore but you need to get a resistor to trick the ECU and that when the problem comes in. If you dun get the resistor, the error message (the red light) will stay on once you turn on ur bike. If that's doesnt bother you, (which doesnt bother me also) then just let it be.

leaving the FI light unattended might shadow u from knowing if u have other FI errors needing attention.

it is best to run ur bike thru the gears when setting up ur gipro. it helps ur gipro to detect ur bike gear behaviour better. u'll need a rear stand to set it up easier.

Gold plated one like those RK/D.I.D are still prone to slight rust if nv take care of.

Thus i went for EK coloured chains...

Hmmn... up to individual.. can try n will post u the update :cheeky:... if for me 3L.. 2 bottles of tat n 1 bottle of fully syn oil, be it mobil 1, ows, or maxima it doesn't matter.. but to change EO advisable when mileage reach 5000km.. my opinion

Posted

I was ask of this question a few years ago by a friend which leaves me without an answer to reply.

A) Fully Syn/Ester EO change every 5000km

or

B) Semi Syn EO change every 3000km

Non track kind of riding..Just normal everyday commuting..

haha yeah i'm still on stock chain.. kns i cover my bike already the chain will still turn rusty. n also my front brake disc..

the rain cover is quite useless.. :sian:

hmm maybe nxt time when this stock chain gets old then switch to a less rust-prone chain then!
