Thanks for the inputs. Will consider the mods suggested sequentially begining with the air filter, velocity stack, brake pump and finally the exhausts.

 

Hope to meet up with you guys in a gathering session. Perhaps even link up for track sessions after I have run in the bike.

Guys, in future dont change to japanese tyres, it does not seems to grip during wet or when it is too hot....

 

After this BT014 tyres, i think the next change(if still riding) is Dunlop GPR100 or else metz Racetec...abit more exp to save your lives and your bike from skidding($400+)

 

If you are rich then pirelli super corsa & michellin pilot power lor($500+)

it could jus be a different canister cap than the original 1..

thinkin of gettin a new paint job at my dad's workshop... colour is those chamoleon spray.. two tone type.. haha.. the more i see the more i actually long for it... cos our R1 got fairing and areo shape.. spray liao confirm two tone here and there.. u ppl here can check out the colour at "SingaporeBikes•Phantom Knights"... there is a thread titled ("Project" respray...) by my brother and give mi comments about the colour.... he has done up my previous phantom which used to be golden in colour... then if everything goes well, think end may or early june i get it done.... :cheer:

I was stopping at a traffic light along jurong east avenue 1. when suddenly a black k5600 malay rider came n stop beside me. he turned to me n smile.. then another red k5600 chinese fellow came n stop beside the malay fellow. the malay fellow turn to him n smile too.. haha. wat a coincidence with 3 k4k5s on the traffic light waiting to move off..

his fellow phantom ppl all wanna spray box la.. helmat la... some only wan front fender.. some bike kana scratch, some got dent need to patch putty... all got discount.. some more we share the same father, we have so many parts of fairing somemore... OF COURSE ALSO HAVE DISCOUNT LA...

but now most important is muz see e colour first.. i'll be the first to try out... if u ppl see liao like then arrange to do it up.. meanwhile i will stick to smaller parts first... think i'm going to do up one of my helmet to test water first in a few days time....
