02 03 headlight profile is different..... cannot fit. Motoworld got sell for 00,01 $45 per set.

Yes, you're right. The so called "standard pack" should have everything inside.

 

Ebay is okay, but you got to ensure that everything is included inside. You don't want to end up with a damper that has no bracket.
