License plate holder : with wordings and with lights ?

Hi,

Went over to the Regulations section of the forum to read more about the license plate rules.It is apparently ok to use a customized holder for the license plate as long as the plate itself displays the characters following the sizing rules.

 

My question is around two things:

 

- Can we use a holder that carries lights ? (essentially brake and signal lights)

- Where can we get a customized holder done (with wordings on it) ?

 

- In general, any shop in S that specializes in license plate holders ?

Didn't get them (yet), just found pics on the web.

I read onemotoring article about license plates and apparently it's still ok to have these if they don;t temper with the license plate itself (spacing, size etc..) or make it difficult to read.. So I'm a bit lost here, sounds like it's mostly to the TP's own preference and judgment , no ?
