Israeli Police seem to stick out there, all the others are UK constabularies, unless the Israelites have annexed a piece of the UK

well i did say local security or the public be informed its fake rite. u tell ppl it's replica and u're carring it for show, it's illegal?

 

on the other hand if u threaten another without informing anyone it's a show, now that's illegal.

 

Oh ok my bad.. If u're doing a show and people know it's a show, then no issue lah. I'm just referring to those who want to walk around and 'show' that they have a gun (replica), now that's definitely illegal.

And yes, threatening people with a fake gun is a definite no-no. Can be arrested.....

Either way, not worth your while to stick out like "Dogs b@!!s" in SG - you either attract the authorities, or vandals. Either way, you still lose (my 2 cents).

 

I was once stopped by LTA (those TPs on bike, but registration plate is "LTA" instead of "TP") for my number plate..

i've also say that, u stand out at ur own risk. however i still dont know wat the phantom was charged for. so far there's no rule on the road or civil law that says putting such word is illegal, only faking to be one is.

The word POLICE big big on police car and the blinkers is there for a reason. The same reason the word ambulance and fire is on SCdF veh. They are EMErGEnCY vehicles where other road users are supposed to give way to when necessary....

 

Although sad to say, nowadays, unless they have their blinkers on and sirens blaring, Singapore drivers would most likely never give way. Unlike the 'old days'...

saw a friend's bike put a police logo @SBF anniversary.

 

weird thing i saw today a police vehicle (semi lorry/van type) with GT plate and test driving plate hanging behind on the road. it's complete with blinkers n police word all around n unmodified.
