hello guys,

im riding a yamaha x1 and i think my fuel meter is pretty messed up

the meter goes like this.

full tank = shows full

3/4 tank = goes to red line

1/2 tank = goes in between red line and E

1/4 tank = shows E

anyone know whats the cause of this and what can i do to get it fixed?

maybe even how much it would cost?

thanks alot guys!

had a friend who also got this problem. we all suspect it's the sensor. dont know if he got it fixed, but we all advised if he want to save money, just ignore. u can always guage when to pump by ur km travelled or when it goes to reserve. (reminds me of thoes bikes that dont have a fuel meter.)

Accident can happen anytime, anywhere.

However ask yourself, do you want to fall at 120km/h or 60km/h?
