99% is tight valves.... I face the same problem as you when i first did my own valve clearance... too tight.

+1 on that. Usually when the bike is trying to get past 3000 rpm.

Once past 3k it revs smoothly. Happen to me too.

Same proceedure for Oilheads. Clearance is also same.

(.15mm/.006" on the intakes, .30mm/.012"on the exhausts).

Front might be easy but rear is not possible. :p

There are wheel spacers and brake calipers bracket calculation ...

save the headache bro ... OEM is the best. :p

Yet to try a MS, would love to ...

Only sat on it twice, I find it a little small for me.

I am 1.8m tall and weigh 180 pounds. :p

 

Hmm... small is subjective. Some are just plain brand loyalist.
