Why can't stand 15/39? I'm using driven sprockets. So far so good. Done at toh guan's unique.

Any recommendations for cheap/ reasonably priced shop?

U can get delta endcans fm a couple of shops. Speedzone, unique etc. but i think arrow header u must get fm motorworld. Or try biketech. I think they distributor for arrow exos. I think..

lol seriously 43 terrible on the eway? how much do you get on 5th gear at around 5krpm for 42t bro?

I have no tachometer bro. Using stock speedo. Lol. But... When i was using 42, it starts to vibrate at 99kmh n it was really2 pissin me off. Changed to 40 n only minor vibrations start at 103. That point of time my counter sprox shaft broken. Duno whether it contributes to the vibrations not. Lol.

Help! My bike body frame is rusting! Problem is, the original paint is peeling off so i really cannot stop it fm spreading. How do i remedy this? Is powdercoating the solution? If so do i have to powdercoat the whole frame or just the areas affected?

Speed zone is no more around..

IMO, Go for LV.. Delta sounds like a kup exhaust..

Dealer for Arrow exhaust is Biketech21, not Motoworld..

Do read my exhaust FAQ..

Where are the rust parts? You can sand down and try to spray with anti-rust and frame colour for a easy job..

Powdercoating involves striping the whole bike plus engine..

You cant powdercoat only the affect areas, powdercoat the whole frame is needed..

Rusty part is in front of the tank. Problem is, if i sand down, i think the peel will spread.

Hello all,

without the stock signal lights and rear mudguard, how do you people send your bike For inspection?

For 30 bux raptor switches ur rear fender to the stock one. Including the back signals. Front one, idk.

PAIR removal , coolant hose change , MCCT and my 1st oil change and all the tips to maintaining a DRZ properly.. Bro Raptor works on my bike like its his..Very professional work done..n honestly speaking, his products r at a more reasonable price compared to a few other shops i recced..

Damn me..shouldnt had gotten the Acerbis front fender fixed at another shop..the drilling work done was ugly..now i feel like it will drop off anytime..lolo_O

I found this long ago > http://web.singnet.com.sg/~ivant08/DRZ400SM.htm

How accurate? IMO A little off. Maby someone with vapor can cfm this? :)

Mebbe accurate up to 9000 rpms... I won't take the accuracy of the readings higher than that.

The smaller the rear sprocket.. the harder it is for the rpms to max out... for some unmodified engines.. it may be impossible to even clear 10,000 rpms.

Hi everyone!!!

Wat box n racks suitable for drz?? Where to get em? I love my Z as it is but have to get a box to carry my wrk stuffs. :(

Thanx!!

I understand how you feel. I just got a cheapo givi small box from

Bukit merah.Detach it when I don't need it. Just leave the base plate on. H&B looks rugged and cool but don't think it suits the drz's profile.
