I just riding normal, but quite high on mileage. I mean hopefully my delta won't give me problem, or I'll just change to other FS like u do. :)

Are u riding with silencer? Cos my problem started from there.

Ride safe people!!

Ride fast..ride safe..don't crash...

Erm... Not sure. But mine is those one hole type instead of those with 3 little holes.

Ya bro youre out. 3 little hole is street legal one. One hole isn't. Lol. 3 prong too restrictive I think.

Hey peepz.. Does anyone knows if throttle play has got anytg to do with vibrations? Aft adjusting my carb positioning and adjusting throttle cable and fixing a new aluminum throttle tube, i seem to be having heavy vibrations at wen engine braking at lower rpm. Nvr happened before this. So bad that i can hear the throttle tube vibrating on the handlebar. This amount of vibration is good for chix. But i dont like it. Lol. Neways i did all these at raptor. Maybe u can shed some light encik? Or any of u guys?

Bring the bike to me... I don't know how to troubleshoot a bike without seeing it, hearing it or test riding it.

Repositioning of the carb is just to prevent the linkage wheel from rubbing against the frame and causing the 'catching' and stiff throttle operation.

Putting on an aluminium quick throttle allows for quicker throttle response because the internal wheel diameter is bigger and less throttle movement is needed for a corresponding slide opening at the carb itself.

It is extremely remote that these 2 changes can be possibly linked to engine vibrations.

Yea. Big gulp. That's why I said what I said. If u think it's good investment and quality. Then on. Anyway, use the Givi first. If it meets your needs then you save huge money. If not, sell it off, and get the Alu boxes la. It's all about how comfortable u, errr, your bank account is.

Think that box is sold out d bro. Abit too late.

Arrow header is 90 degrees bend right? What can you say about the airflow bro?

The top 3 fastest Suzuki DRZs at Pasir Gudang during the last SMSA BRS Race... were using one make full system exhausts... meaning there were no mix and match headers and endcans.

Mixing and matching of headers and endcans is just asking for jetting trouble. Or else the top Supermoto teams in USA and Europe will be mixing a

nd matching their exhaust systems.

It took the factory engineers and designers to come up with the exhaust systems... but it takes an uneducated Singapore mechanic with zero engineering qualifications to recommend you otherwise.

Anyway don't take my opinion seriously.. its your money and your bike.. please do as you please.

  • Thanks 1
