Quick question. Does anyone know how much the following parts cost:

1) Steering head bearings

2) Choke cable

3) Radiator hoses (connecting the thermostat, both hoses)

4) Metal clutch plate (the ones sandwiched in between the friction plates)

5) Battery

Can buy at Ah Boy or not? Or do I still have to go to KS Motorcycles?

my bike rear using 160, quite wide, can see the chain "bauying" the rear tire. Is it a norm? okie?

Use 150 more for corners and 160 more for Straight ways.

Never encountered chain scrapping tyres.

Juz changed my tyres recently and i realised that after changing from a 160 rear to 150, i get a feeling that the bike drops lower at the slightest leaning to the sides ......... using 160, i have to force the bike down.......now i have to use more strength to force it back up den down......haha.......is that the different feeling that you meant Ae86?

Given the same side wall height. 150 have a "rounder" profile.

Require less force to lean it.

Yap.

Get 150 for corners.

Hm. Happend tp me recently. Feel the Ignition wire from under the switch. there should be 2 wires inside. Feel around for a "break". If there is, you are lucky. Just DIY cut the wires. Join again and insulate. If not. Get a new ignition.

Happened due to aging wires.

You can get it at Ubi Planet~

Recently i notice it's kinda hard to kick neutral when i'm either on gear 1 or 2...is the problem due to clutch cable?

it could be due to a few reasons... clutch cable adjustment is just one of them... engine oil due for a change could be another reason... worn clutch plates could cause that too... chain tension affects it too...

yeppy.....btw guys, i juz changed my rear brake pads n realised that one side of the brake pads is more worn out than the other......n i mean really much more worn out....one side is close to having nuthing left while the other is still left about half.....

What does it imply and how to get it fixed?

Hi Chris, if I am not wrong, It should be the outer pad that wear out faster? Could be due to shape of ur rear rotor? If it warped out with uneven thickness.

Could be due to brake caliper piston, if 1 side is jammed, the opp side brake pad will wear out more.

To where do u intend to fix this thing?

Attached below is a pic of the bike frame. The arrow point to the part of the frame where the attachment will be screw in both sides via a 8 mm bolt.

Once in place, we can then purchase any slider from local bike shop.
