I would believe there is already a relay for the stock horn. To check, just disconnect one leg of the wires to the horn, and you hear a single "clicking" sound everytime you press the horn button, that means you there is a relay somewhere in the system. In this case, you don't need to add another relay, just connect up the horn(s) directly.

I would recommend Hella Dual Tone, it's about $55 at Mustafa, it's definitely superior to the stebel horns in every way, price including. They come in black or red only.

Make your vara125 sounds louder than a vara1k

There isn't any advantage for carrying an extra battery if your alternator remains stock. Instead of having one fully charged battery, you end up having two half charged batteries. Having 4x fog lights (presumbly is 55w each) is definitely overkill and will definitely will put a strain on your stock battery. Two auxilliary lights are more than sufficient, and personally I would prefer to have 1x fog, and 1x driving lamp. Going by this configuration, there is no need to modify the vara125 electrical system. However in order not to drain out the battery prematurely, only use the auxilliary lights when the bike is on the move.

:bounce:

Ok ok i got idea already... when it is time to do project work i know who to ask haha.....

anyway i do not mean to install 4 lights..... it means 4(for) e(the) fog lights..... keke so u mean just 1 extra fog light is enough aka like Blurdoggy setup?

one auxilliary light, no problem at all. For the moment I thought you are preparing your bike for Chingay Float procession.

You want to follow that blur dog, you also want a melted cover...haaaaaa.

Seriously, maybe you should take a look at Toobez's HID setup first before deciding on the fog light.

Even if you put 1x Fog lamp, you would still need to have a relay. Relay is cheap, branded ones, like bosch or hella, around $5 - $8, or get those from ah boy, $3.

as long as they are not air-horns, you will not have problems passing.

I just passed (4 May 2007) my inspection on the bike with the Hella horns. Freaked the hell out of him, his comments "wow! so loud one"

For DIY hazard lights, got to find the seniors that had done theirs. But from the past posts (you can hella start reading from page 1 - which I did...), it seems to me that the cabling would be a real task to conquer. Its better to find a mechanic that has the knowledge/experience/proper tools to do? Dun wana burn/shock/trip this and that?

But if anyone is confident enough to do a nice job ~ Kudos to the guy ^^

UNCLE BEN Here WANTS YOU! (American army style)

I am also wanting to do up my hazard lights ~

Anyone up for it? I would be going down to Spize on friday night after work... yes, its me in my uniform again .. sux. . .

But we need to hold on it for a while.

There's the Scotty MO and our MORE IMPT LOGO thingy going on ^^

I will schedule for one when possible.

Your faithful "Welfare" IC,

Hideaway.
