hey guys,..

 

recently, there has been black oil/soot kinda stuck comin out from my exhaust.

 

it ok when i start the engine and its on idle. happened twice wen i engage 1st gear den throttle up to move off. both times also my fren behind me kena this black stuff on him! haa

 

anyone knows what cld be the problem???

 

the funny thing is that it only happens when i start the bike and move off. cos after that wen i check (by putting a white paper at the exhaust end and blow the throttle)..all is fine.

I think yr bike need to have more fiber intake.... Could be a virus infection.. :D

U can try FJT there. There got sell Honda Stuff but i dunno if they have the part u want.

 

nineh > This could be that EO has seep into ur engine. Ask a mech to check it out b4 its too late.

i can only think of 2 things....

either too much carbon inside the pipe...try to rev off or clear carbon...

best to do at 2nd link....go at ur max speed...

 

the thing i could think of is engine oil leakage...

the last time i drop my vstrom....the engine oil went into the airbox...

when i start the bike at a petrol station...the whole petrol station was covered with smoke as if there's a forest fire just beside the station...

Ok lor.. nice ride.. compared to the GSR that i ride previously ... REVO is really HOT ... literally the engine really too HOT...and the grip sux .. but after i change to BMW handgrip its a whole lot better.

 

Other than that... I think REVO and GSR same same lar.. no diff... just the design.. i prefer's GSR kantong though...

 

Overall = No regrets.... If there is one .. is I regretted selling off my vara.... I miss the comfy ride (-_-)

Hi there , I am looking for a second hand Vara 125. Anyone knows of any bike that is up for sale? Preferably black in colour .

:: a NAKED B*I*K*E must be LOW-SLUNG , NARROW , FOWARD LEANING , FRONT SECTION must b HEAVY for easy SHIFTING ::

i think the most obvious answer is you need to go touring lar.. :) as far north as you can.. alternatively.. you can just whack open the throttle and hold it for a bit till the **** clears.. or.. have a look at your spark plugs to see if their brown or black.. and then perhaps go for a carb tuning.. either that of your bike wanted to be part of NDP..
